Please install WP phpMyAdmin and open the phpmyAdmin script.
Then, run a quick search for rank_math_seo_analysis_results
in the options table.
Delete rank_math_seo_analysis_results
field and the SEO Analysis will work fine.
You can then delete the WP phpMyAdmin plugin.
We are also working on a way to fix this with an update.
