Please change the line 374 in Plugins > Plugin editor > Rank math SEO , in class-seo-analyzer.php ( seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php)

From:
wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 30 ] );

To:
wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 60 ] );

This should fix your issue.
