Please edit the following plugin file:
/includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php
Then, change the following line (line number 358 or 378 or 380, varies with theme):
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 20 ] );
Increase the timeout value to 60:
$request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 60 ] );
The SEO analysis should start working as expected.
