    The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    I have done the php admin fix, and that line that is said to find and delete isn’t there.

    What next?

    Also of note, it tells me to check the email but I never received an email.

    The email will be sent to the email address that was used when WordPress was installed on your site and this is likely your developers’s email address.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I want to view this email that “supposedly” was sent out. I have checked my email address that is set as the admin email address on my wordpress site. How do I view this email that I think didn’t get sent at all??

    What a shame, I have only had this plugin for today, and at first impression, what an awesome plugin. 20 minutes later there is an error, supposedly an email sent that I can’t find. And now customer support wants me to just freely hand over my website to them?

    Back to Yoast I go.

    Hi Carey,

    Thanks for getting back to us and sorry for any frustration caused.

    Please note that the troubleshooting email is a WordPress feature that sends a notification to the admin email whenever an error occurs on your WP site. Could you please check to confirm that your email address is set as the admin_email on your options table in your database?

    In regards to the error, we have introduced a new feature to help in clearing SEO analysis data and you can do this without editing your database by heading over to Rank Math > Status and Tools > Tools > Clear seo analysis data
    I have gone ahead and deleted the analysis data for you and the SEO analysis should now be working smoothly.
