If you’re using the Internal SEO Analyzer (from Rank Math > SEO Analysis), then all the images that are listed with missing ALT attributes are on your Homepage.
If in case you’re using our External SEO Analyzer, then the errors are from the URL that you’ve entered. I have done a search on your site with the external tool and have found that all images do have alt attributes. See screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/Z8QuDX. Also, viewed your page source and done a quick search for alt="" without finding any scenario of missing alt.
In case you are certain you have images with no alt, I would recommend that you edit your images on your page, specifically those without alt attributes, and add some to them.
