The difference in the score is due to how content is loaded in both environments.
Page builders such as Divi render shortcodes whereas the WordPress editor does not. This causes a difference in the content that is evaluated and thus the difference in the SEO score.
The correct score is the one inside the page builder.
And for the alt issue, can you please share the URL of the page and the focus keyword that you are using?

I checked your homepage and wasn’t able to find an image with the alt attribute set as digital marketing services.
There are two images on your page with the alt text set as local traders in Devon and small businesses in Devon.
Please add an image with the alt text as your focus keyword to pass the test.

Upon checking the homepage further, I was able to find the image with the ALT text containing the focus keyword. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/4s3eey
However, in the latest version of Divi, they have made some changes and the content analysis is not working properly.
Elegant Themes is already aware of this issue as many Rank Math users have already reported this to them. Since they have done the integration of Rank Math’s content analysis API in their theme, they will be able to modify and fix it.
They are already working on a fix and we hope that the issue will be resolved soon.
