Personal websites are the ones you own 100% and not a client website or a partnership with someone. A personal website can be a business, earn you money, and you can even sell it to anyone, but it needs to belong to you.

We do not offer a license for using Rank Math PRO as a part of your standalone product but as long as you are staying within the limit of your Business License, you should be good to go.
Or, you can include the free version and offer an option for your buyers to purchase the PRO version if they wanted from their own account.
