i just tried to reactivate it right now. Desactivation is not instant… i don’t know when it happens.
I can even use the plugin as usual.
Please notice that i installed RM few days ago, i used to use Yoast and i used the migration assistant.

We have activated the plugin and connected it to your Rank Math account correctly.
We also enabled the debug log so that if the plugin deactivates once again we can check the log for any entries that could be causing this.

i just tried to access some parameters pages of the RM plugin and i get an error message, for instance when i try to reach this : https://www.auparadisduthe.com/blog/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-general
i get the message : sorry, you don’t have the authorization to access this page.
and then…
the plugin is desactivated again… 🙁

Do you have any other websites from other platforms running on this same server?
The reason we ask this is that the error log that WordPress is showing doesn’t seem to be from the WordPress installation but rather a different one.
Usually, by enabling the error log in WordPress it would create a log file under wp-content but in this case, it hasn’t and it’s showing an error log from another application instead.

yes i also have a prestashop website running on this server
but of course it’s installed in another folder and in another db.
There is no particular error on the /logs error folder of the server by the way.
Where do you see an error log from another application on the server ?
What ca i ask the server admin to help you ?

We see the error log mentioning the PrestaShop installation under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status.
We tried to enable the error log by adding the following lines to wp-config.php:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
However, this is not saving the debug log anywhere in the WordPress installation.
Could you please ask the hosting provider or systems administrator if this is being saved somewhere else on the server?

I checked with my server admin… Actually nothing should prevent wp to write in the error file. He doesn’t know what’s the issue here.
He activated the php error log thought, here is the result after i activated the RM plugin and waited for it to get desactivated again :

I logged into your website’s admin area and noticed that you were using an old version of Rank Math. I went ahead and updated the plugin to the latest version.
I then waited for some time and navigated across the website but the plugin remained activated.
