    Hi Rank Math team,

    I keep receiving the message: “It seems your site is disconnected from your Google account. Click here to reconnect.” I’ve followed the steps to reconnect, but the message keeps appearing and nothing changes.

    Additionally, I’ve noticed that the SEO scores for many of my product pages have suddenly dropped, even though no major changes have been made. This started around the same time the connection issue appeared.

    Could you please investigate what’s going wrong and how I can resolve this?

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with the disconnection from your Google account and the drop in SEO scores for your product pages.

    To address the disconnection issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help in your WordPress admin area.
    2. Click on Disconnect Account to disconnect your current Google account.
    3. After disconnecting, click on Connect Now to reconnect your website with your Google account.

    If you continue to see the disconnection message after following these steps, it may be necessary to refresh the authorization tokens. You can do this by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions. Here’s how:

    • Open your Google Account permissions from here.
    • Find and remove access for Rank Math SEO.
    • Then, reconnect your Google account through Rank Math again.

    Regarding the drop in SEO scores, it could be related to the disconnection issue or other factors affecting your site. We recommend checking if your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can verify this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab.

    Hallo Rank Math-team,

    Ik blijf de melding ontvangen: “Het lijkt erop dat uw site is losgekoppeld van uw Google-account. Klik hier om opnieuw verbinding te maken.” Ik heb de stappen gevolgd om opnieuw verbinding te maken, maar de melding blijft verschijnen en er verandert niets.

    Bovendien merk ik dat de SEO-scores voor veel van mijn productpagina’s plotseling zijn gedaald, terwijl er geen grote veranderingen zijn doorgevoerd. Dit begon rond dezelfde tijd dat het verbindingsprobleem zich voordeed.

    Kunt u onderzoeken wat er misgaat en hoe ik dit kan oplossen?
