  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with search spam links. It’s great to hear that you have activated the "no index" feature for search results using Rank Math. However, if you’re still experiencing issues with search spam links, there are a few additional steps you can take to mitigate this problem:

    1. Check Your Robots.txt File: Ensure that your robots.txt file is not inadvertently blocking Google from crawling your site. You can use the robots.txt testing tool to verify this.

    2. Monitor Internal Links: Make sure that your internal linking structure does not inadvertently promote these spammy search results. You can set important pages as pillar content and let Rank Math suggest relevant internal links.

    3. Content Audit: Conduct a content audit to identify any outdated or low-quality pages that may be contributing to the issue. Consider removing or redirecting these pages if necessary.

    4. Validate Fix in Google Search Console: After making changes, ensure that your sitemap is updated and use the "Validate Fix" option in Google Search Console to inform Google about the changes.
