Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You should check if your website’s PHP values are too low to handle the processes.
You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
I hope this helps. We look forward to helping you.
Hi
But my other site with the same configuration working fine
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
You were missing the padding character in the breadcrumb options and that was causing the fatal error on the website.
We added the default padding character in the options and the search functionality is restored on your website.
Hope this helps solve your issue.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Great
Thanks for solving my issue
and one more issue
In all in one SEO I used syntax #current_year to change the year now after changing to rankmath all my SEO titles showing #current_year instead of “2021”.
It looks like rankmath using %currentyear% syntax
Is there any way to edit this in large scale
Thanks
Hello,
That variable is missing from our importer so we are going to report this situation to the dev team and ask them to also include this missing variable in the importer.
If you would like us to make the quick changes on your website and add this variable to run the importer from AIO SEO fully please reactivate the login credentials and we’ll do it for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We made some quick edits in our plugin to convert that variable and you can see now that the variable #current_year from AIO SEO is converted to %currentyear% from our plugin.
Hope this helps solve your issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
