The reason the data is reading as zero is because no data is being fetched. If you head to Rank math > Search Console you will note nothing is displayed there too. Please contact your web host and ask them if WP Cron jobs are working on your website.
For the search console cache to update, the WP Cron jobs need to run on your website correctly. Let us know how this goes.

If the data is showing right in the Search Console website but not in the Rank Math plugin, it just means there is some issue in the connection between Search Console and Rank Math, nothing related to the traffic nor rankings so it won’t affect your visits nor earnings, it must be another thing.
Could you try to use a new Gmail account, add that property to the Gmail account and add that new account to Rank Math to see if Rank Math gets the data from that other account?

The Google account I am currently using carries everything so changing to another will be a bit difficult. I think we just need to figure out why Rank is not getting the data from search console

If the Rank math Search console doesn’t seem to work for you, you can install the official Google Site Kit plugin and disable the Search Console module in Rank math dashboard.
