Search Console / Sitemaps – 0 indexed products

    Hi,

    I installed RankMath SEO a little while ago on my ecommerce store https://nicelypersonalised.com/

    I never really got it set up properly at the start and time has dragged on (my fault!).

    Anyway, I am now trying to work through some RankMath SEO setup guides and have discovered a worrying problem. When I go to RankMath / Search Console / Sitemaps I have 0 (zero) indexed items for any of the sitemaps. Clearly this is a big problem in particular for my /product-sitemap.xml and /product_cat-sitemap.xml.

    I have checked other settings and I don’t believe I have NOINDEX enabled anywhere.

    Please can you help me resolve this issue. I have provided admin login to my site for your use.

    Could you please login to search console dashboard and check if there are any errors with fetching the sitemap URLs so that we can investigate this further?

    Thanks for getting back to me. It seems that Google is reading the sitemaps successfully:
    /product_cat-sitemap.xml Sitemap Nov 15, 2019 Nov 15, 2019 Success 49
    /product-sitemap.xml Sitemap Nov 15, 2019 Nov 15, 2019 Success 124
    /sitemap_index.xml Sitemap index Nov 1, 2019 Nov 14, 2019 Success 682
    Any ideas?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today and sorry for the delay.

    The Rank Math search console module will read the data available on the search console and present it on this module. I can see that the data on this module is tallying with the one from your search console:
    Dashboard
    This suggests that the links have already been fetched and added to the index queue. You can confirm from within the search console.
