We checked your sitemap with Googlebot and it was able to read it properly and was showing all the pages.
Having said that, we also noticed that your robots.txt has mentioned a lot of sitemaps when in fact it should only reference one, the main sitemap.
Please switch those entries to a single one that mentions the main sitemap and then proceed to the following steps:
1. Flush the sitemap by following this tutorial: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Make sure that you exclude your sitemap from being cached by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
After you have completed all this please re-submit your sitemap to Google Search Console and wait a few days to see if Google is now able to retrieve the links from the sitemap.

The message of ‘Total Discovered URLs 0’ that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs contained in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.
I have also checked your site using the site search operator on Google and most of the pages from your site are already indexed.
Apart from what my colleague has suggested, I am afraid, there’s nothing much you can do but wait for some time.
