Search Console Profile is not showing my website name

#28978
  • Hello RM team,

Thanks for creating such a wonderful plugin.

I am facing two problems with the RM plugin. I am not a coder, so I will try to explain in my own words.

    ————————————————————————————————————–
    Problem 1.

In the RM menu items > general settings > search consol > search consol profile, my website is not listed in the dropdown. I have two messages below the field

    A. Is your site not listed? Click here to get your website verified.

But I have already verified my site and entered google search consol ID in the Google Search Console field in webmaster tools.

B.The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (27/01/2020 00:00:00) or Update Manually.

Note: Please update your data by clicking on ‘Update Manually’. Google only stores data from the last 90 days – a dataset older than that can’t be updated anymore.

I honestly can not understand what to do.

    ———————————————————————————————-
    Problem 2.

I am using METABOX to create custom post types and custom fields. As it was not integrated with RM, I tried to add field names in SEO Titles & Meta > Post Types: > Single Fluorescent protein Description as

    %excerpt% %customfield(excitation_maxima)% %customfield(emission_maxima)% %customfield(pka)% %customfield(brightness)% %customfield(aggregation)% %customfield(maturation_time)% %customfield(life_time)%

    and

SEO Titles & Meta > Post Types: > Custom Fields as

    excitation_maxima
    emission_maxima
    pka
    brightness
    aggregation
    maturation_time
    life_time

after this, I am getting an error message to my email as:

“Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Rank Math SEO.”

Hoping a fix for these iuuses

    Thanks

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

1). Could you please try a different verification method such as the DNS method? It would also help if you could check to confirm that your Rank Math account is using the same email address that was used to verify your website on the search console.

2). The custom field values should be present on the post that you want to use them on. Could you please let us know the kind of error that is reported on your admin email?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
