Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I checked your sitemaps and was able to replicate the issue. The data is present in the source of the sitemaps but on the frontend, a blank page is displayed.
Please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml
) (please ensure to replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
I did everything apart from your 2nd suggestion as I do not know where to start with this! Nothing has worked.
I have wordpress website using Divi theme and host with siteground.
Please advise?
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I’d like to know what has happened so that I can try and avoid this in the future too.
Thanks
Hello,
I’ve checked your site, and the correct sitemap version is this link:
https://full-circle.digital/sitemap_index.xml
Since you haven’t verified the www version of your website to be redirected to the non-www, your sitemap is showing blank.

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check.
You can follow the steps in this link to redirect your www version of your site:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap
Once done, remove all the sitemaps submitted in your Google Search Console and resubmit your main sitemap.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
OK this is ridiculous! None of that worked and i have no idea about NginX etc and really do not feel that all fo this should be necessary just to get a sitemap listed on Search Conosle!
Please can someone just help me and give me an easy, simple,s traightforward answer on how to get a WordPress Website sitemap with Rank math registered on Google Search Console?
PLEASE!!!!!
Hello,
If you’re unable to submit your sitemap to your Google Search Console account, your site must have been affected by SiteGround’s internal issue with Google’s DNS.
We have received a similar case from our users and mentioned that this is an internal issue with SiteGround.
Here’s an article about this issue as well:
https://www.searchenginejournal.com/siteground-problem/426852/#close
You can get in touch with your web host to verify the situation on your site.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
