Please head to Rank math > Analytics and confirm you have connected your Google account. If you have,n’t please connect then clear your cache and analyze your site again.
If you have connected from there, then please clear you cache(if you have a caching plugin) then head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and flush the SEO analysis data. Let us know if this resolves your issue.
