  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with the Search Console results for your site. To address this problem, we need to ensure that the connection between Rank Math and Google services is correctly set up.

Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check Rank Math SEO Account Connection:

      • Make sure your website is connected to the Rank Math account with a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account, navigating to the My Account area, and checking the Websites tab.
      • If your website is not listed, reconnect it by going to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help, then click Disconnect Account and reconnect by clicking Connect Now.
    2. Refresh Authorization Tokens:

      • If the above step doesn’t resolve the issue, it might be due to expired authorization tokens from Google. You can refresh these tokens by deleting the Rank Math app permissions in your Google Account settings.
      • Open your Google Account permissions from here, find Rank Math SEO, and remove access as shown in the screenshot below.

Remove Access to Rank Math SEO

After following these steps, please check if the Search Console results for your site start showing up correctly. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team for personalized help.

Thank you for reaching out, and best regards!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

    1. Make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/

    2. Please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    3. Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    4. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.

Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
