Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Have you tried to update manually?
Could you please check with your host and ensure cronjobs have not been disabled. If they are enabled, please deauthorize and authorize your site in Rank math > General settings > Search Console.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello Michael,
Thanks for the reply. I have to be honest and say I don’t know what Cron Jobs are. I use Cloudways hosting, but I haven’t turned off, or turned on Cron Jobs. I will read their docss.
That said, I do get a message in Rank Math about updating manually, but it isn’t a clickable button – should it be?
The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (04/09/2020 00:00:00) or Update Manually.
Note: please update your data by clicking on ‘Update Manually’. Google only stores data from the last 90 days – a dataset older than that can’t be updated anymore.
Regards and thanks once again.
Jonathan
Hello,
If you are not sure about cronjobs, you can ask your hosting provider to check this for you.
The update cache button should be clickable, unless it is showing fetching in progress.
If your host confirms that cronjobs are enabled, please deauthorize your site clear your cache and authorize again. Make sure you use the same Google account used to verify your site on GSC then select your site in the dropdown
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi again,
As far as I can tell, chron jobs are running fully on the server, but none of my Search Console areas on my site are showing anything other than for me to update manually – but the button/link remains unclickable.
Regards,
Jonathan
Hello,
Please head over to Rank math > General Settings > Search Console and deauthorize your site, clear your cache then reauthorize again.
If that doesn’t work, we have found that using a different Google account usually resolves the issue. Please try and let us know.
Ensure the same Google account used to verify your site on GSC is the same account you are using to verify.
If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
