    We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your Rank Math account to the Google Search Console. It sounds like there may be a problem with the connection or the way the data is being fetched.

    Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Check if Rank Math SEO Account is Connected: Ensure that your website is connected with the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab.

    2. Reconnect Your Google Services: If your website is connected but still shows a blank screen, it might be due to expired authorization tokens. You can refresh these tokens by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions and then reconnecting it. Here’s how:

      • Go to Google Account permissions and remove access for Rank Math SEO.
        Remove Access to Rank Math SEO
      • After that, go back to Rank Math and reconnect your Google account.
    3. Ensure Correct Site URL in Google Search Console: Make sure that the correct URL property is added and verified in Google Search Console. If you haven’t done this yet, you can refer to our guide on adding a URL property to the Search Console.

    Thank you for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.
     
    1. Please make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console. If not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
     
    Also, make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
     
    2. After that, please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions by following this guideline: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
     
    3. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
     
    Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.
