I get this too but I’ve noticed the URL that comes after the Post API url https://www.googleapis.com/webmasters/v3/sites/ doesn’t match the site url. So, if the error is this:
Rank Math GSC API Error: POST https://www.googleapis.com/webmasters/v3/sites/http%3A%2F%2Fgoogle.com%2F/searchAnalytics/query 401
but my site is bing.com then what do I do?

Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the issue on our test sites.
@greggwatson Please share your WordPress & FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field so we can take a closer look at this.
@sjensen Please try deauthorizing Search Console and then authorize it again, as mentioned by my colleague. Make sure to select the correct profile from the dropdown and click on the Save button to save the settings. If the issue is still happening, please create a new ticket and include your WordPress & FTP access details in the Sensitive Data field.

I followed this (https://rankmath.com/kb/search-console/) to reset GSC in Rank Math But I get the same think everyone here has gotten https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/not-able-to-get-authorization/.
When can I try again to get the re-authorization code?
