There is no option named Google Search Console in Rank Math. You can find the Google Search Console data by navigating to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Analytics.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. The video from which you have captured this screenshot is a year old and uses an old version of Rank Math. In the latest version, the Search Console option is renamed as Analytics. You will find all your search console stats there.
