I logged into your website and hit the update cache button at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console.
I am not sure if you have tried that but let me know if it helps.
I’m thinking the issue is it’s linking to my HTTP profile in the search console instead of https. How do I fix that?

I deauthorized the account and then reconnected it, but it’s still not showing data. This is an aged site with search traffic, there is next to no data.

I can suggest that you authorize both the HTTP and non-HTTP versions of your site. I can recommend that you make use of the DNS verification method.
