    Rank Math free

Hello. I am experiencing an issue with the Rank Math plugin on my WordPress site. After completing the setup, my website is not listed in the Search Console section (it shows “No results found”), and my Analytics account and username are not displayed, indicated by a red dot.

Rank Math should automatically create and display the Google Analytics and Search Console IDs, but this is not happening. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting and resolving these issues? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your support

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math plugin. It seems that there might be a problem with the connection to your Google Analytics and Search Console accounts.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve these issues:

    1. Test Connections

    • Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    • Click on the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings. This option is available only in the Advanced Mode of Rank Math.

    Test connections

    • A green signal indicates a valid connection, while a red signal indicates a glitch in the connection. If you see a red signal, try reconnecting your Google account.

    Issue with Google Analytics connection

    Reconnect Search Console connection

    2. Check Domain Name in Google Analytics

    • Ensure that the domain name configured in your Google Analytics matches the actual site where you are fetching Analytics data. To check this:
      • Go to your Google Analytics account.
      • Navigate to Admin → Property → Property Settings.
      • Verify that the Default URL matches your website’s domain.

    Check domain in Google Analytics

    3. Check CRON Issues

    • If your website relies on WP-CRON, ensure that DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to false in your wp-config.php file:
      define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', false);
    • You can also install and activate the WP Crontrol plugin to check for any CRON errors that might be affecting the functionality.

Install and Activate WP Crontrol plugin

If the issue persists after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it!

    Hello,

Please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

    1. Make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/

    2. Please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    3. Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    4. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.

Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services.

I manually added my Google Search Console link to my website. Now, Search Console shows a green dot, but two identical URLs appear. However, for Analytics, it still shows a red dot, even after I reconnected it. Here is the screenshot. https://imgur.com/a/iv2l3aX

    Hello,

It appears you have multiple Google Search Console properties for the same URL, Please visit your Search Console dashboard and delete one of them, the unverified one – if only one is verified.

Also, please create a Google Analytics account from here and re-connect your account again.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

I visited the Google Search Console, but I found that I only have one URL listed there. I have also created a Google Analytics account and attempted to reconnect it using the Rank Math plugin. However, I am required to manually input my Google Analytics account information. After inputting the information into the Rank Math plugin, I also waited one hour.

Despite these steps, the red dot issue persists with Analytics, and the Search Console still shows duplicate URLs. Please see the attached image for reference: https://imgur.com/a/II11Ckc

Additionally, do I need to provide my WordPress account details in the sensitive data section for further assistance?

    Looking forward to your assistance.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You can choose one of your Search Properties by clicking on the property drop-down near the top of the page. Here is a screenshot to help you:

Let us know if this resolves the issue. If not, kindly provide us with access to your website so that we can further investigate.

Thank you for choosing Rank Math.

Thank you for your guidance. I followed your instructions and pressed ‘Save Changes’ after selecting the correct account, property, and data stream in the Rank Math plugin.

This resolved the issue, and everything is now working correctly.

I appreciate your help and support.

    Thank you!
