Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your Google Search Console account to Rank Math. It sounds like there may be a problem with the connection or the permissions granted to Rank Math.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
-
Check Connection: Ensure that your website is properly connected to the Rank Math account that has a PRO license. You can do this by logging into your Rank Math account and navigating to the My Account area, then clicking on the Websites tab to see if your site is listed.

-
Reconnect Account: If your website is not listed, you may need to disconnect and reconnect your account. Go to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and click on Disconnect Account. After that, click Connect Now to reconnect.

-
Refresh Tokens: If the issue persists, it might be due to expired authorization tokens. You can refresh these by deleting the Rank Math app from your Google Account permissions here and then reconnecting Rank Math to regenerate the tokens.

-
Check Permissions: Make sure that Rank Math has all the necessary permissions to access your Google Search Console data.
If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket with any additional details or screenshots of what you are seeing, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting RankMath Support and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry to hear that you’re encountering a blank or gray screen when attempting to connect your website to Google Search Console via RankMath.
This usually happens when the website is not verified using the correct method or when there are outdated permissions between RankMath and your Google account.
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Please make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/
Also, make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
2. After that, please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions by following this guideline: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
3. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow RankMath to access some of the Google Services.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
