I re-saved your settings in WordPress dashboard > settings >readings with the search engine visibility unchecked and that seems to have resolved the issue with noindex on your pages/posts.

Your site seem to be cached. Changes made in the back-end don’t seem to reflect in the front-end. To test this, you can try making text changes in your homepage, then load the page URL in a incognito browser or a separate browser.
Please get in touch with your host concerning the caching so your page can update the noindex and other meta in the front end.

I checked your website with 3rd party tools and I do not see the noindex:
In fact your website is indexed which would be impossible if there was really a noindex tag:
It is likely an outdated error that you are seeing and it will go away on its own.
Just give it a few more days for Google Search Console to re-crawl your pages and re-categories the URLs as indexed.
If you find the noindex tag on any other page using this website, please share the URLs with us.
Cool i just checked all the links all are index tags and how many days it will take for recrawling
