Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Please check the following to change the noindex meta tag:
-1- Go to Rank math > Titles & Meta > Tags and check under robots meta to ensure you have set them to index.
-2- Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Posts > Tags then edit teh specified tag and make sure it is not set to index under the Advanced tab of Rank math meta box.
