Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The server error(5xx) is not related to Rank Math and could suggest that there was a server outage affecting your site when Google bot tried to access your site. Please login to your search console and validate the fix.
In regards to the second issue, one of the changes introduced in the latest version requires that you log back into your Rank Math account. Please navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and activate your account.
This should fix the problem.
