You can follow the steps to clear cache on WP Super Cache:
1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > WP Super Cache
2. Click the Delete Cache button under the Delete Cached Pages. section.
3. After your first click, your cache will be cleared! You’ll be re-directed to the “Contents” tab within the WP Super Cache settings. If you need to clear the cache again (or just want to make double-sure it cleared), you want to click the click “Delete Cache” here (ignoring the option for “Delete Expired” even though it’s highlighted by default).

my WP Super Cache setup is not using Contents Cache but Preload.
So I have now deleted both and I have preloaded cache again.
Unfortunatly, google structured data testing tool is, again, reporting error for LocalBusiness, missing Image field that is required.
Is there something else I could check?

You need to make sure you have added an image under Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO > Logo.
