Are you using a specific page builder for editing the content of the affected page? Could you also check whether there any errors reported when you inspect the page via the JS console?

No problem. Yes the wp bakery plugin. I used your plugin few months ago and it works with my this plugin. Just after sending the previous message, I made some changes at some pages. And for one page I could see the score go up but when I updated the changed the scores down to the original value. Strange…

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
