Schema Type selection for Products

We would like to set default schema type for products to software.

Currently it only allows setting it woocommerce products or none as show below:

None, WooCommerce Product
Default rich snippet selected when creating a new product.

fyi: we are using woocommerce as a listing plugin and list softwares as products, so we want the schema to set to software as default.
It is a common practice to woocommerce as listing plugin and to list sofware, services, etc as products.
