I’ve checked your site and couldn’t find the titles you are referring to as all caps. The sidebar shows your blog posts, which are set to capitalize only the first letters.
Could you provide the specific URL and take a screenshot pointing to those Titles showing in all caps for us to investigate further? You can add those as well in the Sensitive Data section.
Also, it seems that you have enabled this option to capitalize your titles’ first letters only in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta:

In my Sidebar I have Titles as follows which are ALL in CAPITALS:
