Please note that Google recommends disabling the schema to your product category archives/shop page. The Product Schema is only for the actual product, and not for anything else.

Do I understandt it correctly if this mean that WordPress pages such as shop would be better off with the schema removed and have no shema at all? Or should such pages as the shop still be classified as an article?
FYI: Think by default the shop page was classified as an article when Math Rank was innstalled last week.

Yes, as my colleague mentioned above Google recommends that you disable the schema for the shop page of your site.
To remove the schema on shop archive pages, you can simply navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and enable the Remove Schema Markup on Shop Archives option.
