  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the schema not showing for some of your pages. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

    1. Test Your Rich Snippets: Use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to check if the schema markup is present and valid on the affected pages. This tool will help you identify any issues with the schema implementation.

    2. Check Schema Configuration: Ensure that the schema markup is correctly configured for those specific pages using the Rank Math plugin. You can refer to our guide on Configuring Schema Markup for detailed instructions.

    3. Crawl and Indexing Issues: Make sure that the pages are crawled and indexed by Google. You can verify this using Google Search Console. If the pages are not indexed, it may take some time for Google to recognize the changes.

    4. Quality Issues: Sometimes, quality-related issues can prevent rich snippets from appearing. Factors such as thin content, poor quality inbound links, or slow loading times can affect this. Ensure that your content meets quality standards.

    5. Technical Issues: There might be technical issues with the code used to implement rich snippets. Again, using the Rich Results Testing Tool can help identify these problems.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please reply to this ticket with any specific error messages or findings from the testing tools, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Pages are indexed by google, I checked the schema configuration I’ve assigned “service” to those pages, loading time is fine, I didn’t make a custom snippet. This usually works fine on the many other websites I’ve built. Please help.

    Hello,

We’ve checked the pages, but Rank Math is already outputting the schema in the source code:
    https://validator.schema.org/#url=https%3A%2F%2Frefinedskinclub.com%2Fmedspa-new-jersey%2Fskincare%2Ffacials%2F

Please note that the Service Schema is not eligible for Rich Results, which is why it is not shown in the Rich Results test:

In this case, you will have to use the Schema Validator to validate it.

One thing to add is that you have added another schema code aside from Rank Math to your source code (FAQ schema).

We recommend using a single plugin to handle your schema to avoid duplicate issues or conflicts with the features.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Hey I figured out the issue literally 5 min before you responded! I had to go to each individual page and edit the schemas “serviceType”
