Schema markup issues

    Hello,
I’m having two issues with the schema markup function of RankMath Pro. On the homepage editor of one of my websites, whenever I click on “Schema” in the RankMath snippet, it just closes and is not available in any way.
The other issue is that it isn’t possibile to submit more than one subOrganization. I add two or more subOrganization, save and it seems fine. Until I update the page or verify it on schema validators and there’s always only one of them, the others are just gone.
The possibility to use custom schemas is the main reason why I bought the pro plan, so I’d like to request a refund if this is just the way RankMath made it.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

Meanwhile, for initial troubleshooting, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Hello Reinelle and thank you for the quick response. Can I not share the email address of the Pro account through the sensitive data?
We already made all the tests.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Please include the email address you have used to purchase in the sensitive data section so we can verify it as well.

Also, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
