schema markup

Hi,
i noted that the schema markup for some page of my website is really poor.

One sample:
https://luciapanimondo.com/corso-igienico-sanitario/
in that page there is only the breadcrumblist and of course, in serp cannot see any imagine even if i add the featured image.

Almost all the pages of the website have poor schema markup, except the home page, the products pages, the “about page” https://luciapanimondo.com/lucia-panimondo/ (but also in this case no any image appear in serp even if is available in schema code), contact page and Blog-post (blog post are the only pages where apper the image in serp)

How can i solve the problem?
