    Hi,

Hope you’re well. One of the important things we would be looking to get out of Rank Math is to get stars in our clients Search Engine Results. I’ve looked at the ones available on https://rankmath.com/kb/earning-star-ratings-in-serps/, but they do not match the services that our customers typically offer. However, I have seen examples of other sites in the same industry who do have those stars in their Google results. One of them is up at https://snipboard.io/TmrElH.jpg. Is this something we can also achieve with Rank Math?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Yes, that is the aggregateRatings which is applicable to this list of schema types: https://rankmath.com/kb/earning-star-ratings-in-serps/#how-to-use-ratings-schema-in-rank-math

Kindly apply the schema types and provide the aggregateRating there.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Hi Jeremy,

No inconvenience at all, however I can’t seem to find anything related to aggregatedrating on that page?

    Hello,

Here is an alternative guide on how to add star ratings schema: https://rankmath.com/kb/aggregate-rating-error/#advanced-schema-builder

The example website you linked to uses a plugin to pull reviews from multiple sources and display them on your website. We could not determine which plugin they are using but it may be an easier option as you would need to manually enter all reviews from different sources (Facebook, TrustPilot etc) as Rank Math cannot automatically pull them.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

    Hi,

is the aggregateRatings schema only available with your pro and higher plans?

    Hello,

    We apologize for the confusion.

In the free version, only selected schema types have the option to include the rating. For example, the Book schema type:

    option

To add custom aggregateRating, you may need our advanced schema builder which is available for PRO plan and beyond.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
