The example website you linked to uses a plugin to pull reviews from multiple sources and display them on your website. We could not determine which plugin they are using but it may be an easier option as you would need to manually enter all reviews from different sources (Facebook, TrustPilot etc) as Rank Math cannot automatically pull them.

We apologize for the confusion.
In the free version, only selected schema types have the option to include the rating. For example, the Book schema type:

To add custom aggregateRating, you may need our advanced schema builder which is available for PRO plan and beyond.
