  • Hello, I also have a blog website and I am using the Rank Math Pro version for this. You can check the website: https://dutchbrsmenu.com.

    In the analytics tab, it is not showing the Index data or the ranking keywords data. How do I solve this so I can check the analytics data from Rank Math? Additionally, my pricing schema is not working.

    Can I use the Pro version on more than one website?

    If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
    

    This is how it should look like:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.

    Regarding the PRO subscription, you can use this on your unlimited personal websites. However, it seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address that you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
