option 1: You can use restaurant schema for each of your listing posts and fill in the necessary details.
Option 2: You can create itemlist schema as shown on these Google docs and then use Rank math filter to extend JsonLD data to add you schema to your listings. Airbnb are actually using the itemlist option.
