Hello,
You can add a FAQ Block to an Elementor page but is not as straightforward as it could be (due to the limitations of not allowing the use of Gutenberg blocks inside Elementor), but, there’s a workaround.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to style it using the Elementor builder but you can do it easily with CSS.
Here’s a screencast showing the process:
https://i.rankmath.com/DefBHH
When someone switches to the Block/Gutenberg Editor, adds an FAQ Block, and goes back to the Elementor – the FAQ block is going to be removed but only from the frontend. The code remains intact in the source code. One can add the HTML of the questions and answers again.
With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know.
I hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
Thank you Alberto, you’re life saving, I tried and it’s working! I love this plugin both because of the plugin both for how helpful you’re being 😀
Ps. I noticed, and I’m writing here to eventually help who will read this in the future, that if after your process I do a change in Elementor and then save it, the schema block will disappear.
Thank you,
Tabitha
