Thank you for providing additional information.
In Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO, you have the option to choose either Person or Organization.
If that doesn’t serves your purpose, then in Pro version we’ve the option to create custom Schema and assign it to website. You can read more about it here: https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-generator/

Yes, I have Pro version and got the following questions:
1) Local SEO one you can create Person or Organization as you said but, the fields offered are those all fields that Google ask for? Also, would this information show in every page and post of website? If so, then how I do to show it?
2) I check on your website RankMath.com and it seems you show schema as Organization is this a custom template? if so, can you tell me what fields you created? Is that information all that Google asks for an Organization?

1. Yes, those are the data required for the Organization schema. Also, Rank Math nests the Organization schema to your pages. The nesting is done as per Google’s guidelines to provide all the related info to get rich snippets in the SERPs.
2. The required fields/properties in the Organization schema comes from the data you have filled in the Local SEO module in Rank Math:
