    My Schema error problem never got solved and now the ticket is not appearing in my list if support tickets in my account. The last ticket was also titled “Schema error”

    As I said before the schema is not working in the post where I did custom schema. It works in your JSON testing tool but not in google.The post is “Thomas Trum’s Unusual Art Techniques Reveal Simple Beauty.” I created a custom schema called “Visualartwork” would you please figure out why it is not working and fix it.

    It has now been a week that I have been dealing with this problem. this is why I bought Rank Math Pro, I would like to get it working.

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Upon checking your website I have noticed the custom schema template you are talking about. It seems to be using the correct properties according to https://schema.org/VisualArtwork.

    However, the reason why it does not work is that the Rich Results Test doesn’t support the VisualArtwork schema type and that’s why you are not seeing it. I have gone ahead and tested your post and it is not recognized as you can see here:https://i.rankmath.com/MLv3pW.
    The schema is being applied to your post, but the test doesn’t recognize it because it’s not supported.
