I checked the published post on your website, there are warnings in Schema for optional fields, even if you don’t add them, it won’t affect the SEO.
The options to fix those warnings are available in the PRO plugin.

1. The HowTo schema doesn’t require a video property at the moment, you can however include an image when you work with our HowTo blocks.
2. The step you are referring to is only available for the PRO users, you may not be able to see that option in the Free plan. Or, can you please confirm what specific step you are referring to here? Please share a screenshot from your end so we can provide further advice accordingly.

Please add a step description to fix the issue. The step image will also be displayed once you add the description.

Thank you for sharing your valuable insight on the functionality of Rank Math HowTo schema. Rank Math currently allows only one howTo schema per post. I have shared your suggestion to allow multiple howTo schemas on a post with developer. Hopefully this can be added as a feature in a future version of Rank Math
