Rich snippets schema created something at the bottom of the landing page with reviews.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support.
If you do not want to show the review/rating section on the front end, you can edit the schema and under the “Review Location” field, select the “Custom (use shortcode)” option.
Further, do not add the shortcode to the page.
You can follow these guides to get rich results on the SERPs:
https://ahrefs.com/blog/rich-snippets/
https://rankmath.com/kb/earning-star-ratings-in-serps/With that being said, please note that getting rich results is an automated process at Google and no SEO plugin or tool has control over that.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your response. The schema seems to work, however, there is the username of my WordPress login that refers to the review. How do I change that?
Hello,
I’m assuming that you are referring to Author ID in your schema.
If so, you can change the author name by changing the Display name publicly as value at WordPress > Users > Profile
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Thank you for this. If I needed to add more – product schema, is it possible to do?
Hello,
Yes, you can add a product schema to your product pages. However, the multiple schema feature is only available using Rank Math PRO.
Here’s a link for more information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/multiple-schema-types/Also, if you’re referring to adding a product schema or any other schema twice, we will not recommend it as it may cause confusion on search engines which data it will read on your site. You can combine other types of schema, but not the same schema type.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Thank you for your response. I’m very impressed with the customer service and I’m likely looking at purchasing a paid version. I see certain results in the serps that show multiple reviews with five stars. We are talking in many cases over 70 reviews in the schema. Is this possible to do using rank math?
Hello,
If you’re referring to product reviews, Rank Math offers a fully automated WooCommerce Product schema under which, all the data is taken from the product pages automatically and converted into schema-ready content.
This is also followed by the reviews on the products. That is, all the reviews/ratings are automatically added to the schema of that page.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Hello,
Actually, no, we do not have woocommece and our product is an intangible service. But there are other competitors that have schema reviews that show up numerically.
Hello,
Can you please further explain what you meant by “our product is an intangible service”? Are your products dynamically generated and can’t be edited in the admin dashboard of your website?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
The product is a loan. Other competitors have 100s of reviews in their schemea. Is this possible to do?
Hello,
If you don’t use WooCommerce and want to get user reviews then you will have to use a review plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-review/. It will automatically convert your reviews into Schema ready content.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks.
Hi there, would this plugin mention integrate with rankmath? How would I go about this? Thanks
Hello,
Yes, the plugin my colleague provided should work well with Rank Math as we already have tested it.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
I have purchased the pro version now and when I added the WP review plugin, there was a conflict, stating that there were now two site map plugins that could negatively affect the indexing of the site?
Hello,
The WP Review Plugin should cause any issue with Rank Math. There must be another plugin that must be causing the conflict. Can you please check if you have a sitemap plugin installed on your site?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
