I logged into your website’s admin area but it seems like the login that you’ve shared has limited access. I was unable to access even the dashboard of Rank Math. I logged into the website and was able to replicate the issue.
Upon investigating, I found that your website is returning a 500 (Internal Server Error) for AJAX call to jquery. Also, the connection to the public API seems to be failing. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Many of these errors still persist in the console when Rank Math is disabled.
Can you please share the error log with us?
Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the issue on your website.
