For your pages that have content regarding job posts, you should use the JobPosting Schema Type. Here’s a link for your reference:

I’ve checked the URL you have shared using Google’s Rich Results test, and I’m not finding any issue with it. The only warning (optional) field is the validThrough value, which you can fill in the schema:

For your homepage, it seems that the canonical URL is not complete.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

The canonical tags seem fine on all the pages. Also, I tested the pages with Google’s Rich Results testing tool and there were no errors/warnings shown.
