Please use same Google Account to connect with Rank Math on your subdomain, please ensure that the subdomain is verified under the same Google account on both Analytics and Search Console.
Also, while adding your subdomain, use the prefix options which requires you to add the exact website URL, www or non-www and HTTP or HTTPS.
Please note, For Google a subdomain is considered as a completely different entity for SERPs

It might take Google a couple of weeks to fully understand and start indexing the subdomain of your website because as we explained earlier, Google sees this as a completely different website.
What we recommend is that you continue to focus on improving the SEO of the subdomain and submit the sitemap to the verified property on Google Search Console by following this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/

As has already been suggested by my colleague above that Google considers subdomain as a different domain. Also, Google does not rank a website as a whole, it ranks individual pages based on many different SEO factors, such as on-page SEO, page loading speed, mobile-friendliness, etc.
A page can rank on Google in a matter of days or it sometimes never ranks at all. Again, it depends on how good your content is and the overall performance of your site.
