Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Rolling back to a very old version could also cause conflicts with other plugins/themes and even your SEO performance. That is why we didn’t include those lower versions in the “Roll Back Version” feature.
Would you mind sharing your WordPress admin login so we can replicate the issue on our end and forward it to our developers? Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
I checked your website and tested it on my end. I was able to replicate the issue.
I also noticed that you are using a very old DIVI theme (you are currently using Version: 4.1), can you please back up your website and update the DIVI theme?
You can check their changelog page and it stated in the version 4.4.6
that this was already fixed:

Let me know how it goes. We are looking forward to helping you.
It’s originally updated but I rolled it back to the old version to see if it will help with the issue. I just updated it. Can you pls check again. Thanks
Hello,
Upon checking once again, it seems to be working fine now on my end.
Please see the video screencast in the Sensitive Data section.
Would you mind if I ask what browser did you use? If you are using a Firefox browser, please try using other known browsers like Chrome or Safari instead.
Also, check if you have a browser extension that might be obstructing your WordPress admin page.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing.
I inserted another video screencast in the Sensitive Data section conducting the test in your website’s editor and it worked fine on my end. I am using Google Chrome for this.
Would you kindly share your own video screencast showing how you got your issue on your end so we can further investigate this? You may use this handy tool Loom to capture your screen.
We look forward to helping you.
