Robots.txt unreachable by Google

    Hi,

    Our robots.txt file cannot be fetched by Google. When we test new pages in Google search console “Live test”, Google search console flagged this issue as “Failed: Robots.txt unreachable”.
    In Google search console settings -> robots.txt, the status is “Not fetched – N/A”. We tried to request a recrawl, it failed with reason “Crawl error: Robots.txt unreachable”.

    Could you please guide me on how to solve this issue.

    We checked your website but were not able to find any issue with the robots.txt file. Please check the screenshots in the sensitive data section for reference.

    In this case, please clear your website cache, including any server-level cache, and check again.
