I have been able to reproduce this issue on my end. The URL that you are adding belongs to a draft post, is there any reason why you are allowing this URL on the robots file considering that it has not been published?
I suppose that you can make use of the string Allow: /?p=526 to add this post.

Yes is a draft. The problem is that Google has indexed that draft page because I had in a link on my webpage. I want googlebot to visit that URL to see the 301 to the real post and deindex that url from the index.
I hope it will be solved on next plugin update.

I can suggest that you create a new redirection too for this page via Rank Math > Redirections so that if the link still exists, your users can be redirected to the published post.
A fix for this will be available soon.
